CONTEMPORARY DESIGN, WHEN YOU WANT TO SAVE ENERGY
There is one room style that most interior designers suggest for their clients, i.e. CONTEMPORARY DESIGN. It is neither, a modern design nor a traditional design. It is a “now” design. Contemporary design in 2018 might be not a contemporary design in 2020. But we still can use stuffs in the past in contemporary design, in other word, it as a flexible design where there are many variations.
The concept of contemporary design is NEAT AND CLEAN. Its main characteristic is not using big furniture, it makes the room looking wider that our children more free to play at home. Contemporary use furniture because of its function rather than its aesthetic look. It usually use wooden furniture, stones, and plants. You can grow plants inside the house. Because this design loves saving energy, we can add big windows at house that the sunlight directly enter our house.
